QC Associate

Devens, MA- ON SITE

6 month W2 contract (with potential to extend or transition to perm)

Pay rate : $26-31 / hour - Depending on Education and Experience

Summary :

Mon-Fri Business Hours

This position will perform routine testing including : media and reagent preparation, cell maintenance and working closely with several instrumentation used for Bioassay testing.

Skills or Requirements :

• Strong technical lab skills using pipettes, analytical balances, pH meter, etc. is a must.
• Experience working with Cells is highly preferred
• Experience with LIMS and Smart lab computer applications a plus.
• Proficient in common computer software applications
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written are needed.
• Candidate must have strong general laboratory and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Education / Experience :

BS with minimum of 1 year of experience in a GMP QC lab is required (or equivalent experience in a related biopharmaceutical GLP or GMP lab environment).
